Registering early: your privacy

Who we are
Lifepass is made by Navita Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17113895. We're responsible for the details you give us here. To contact us about your data, email privacy@lifepass.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Whether you're registering for yourself or for an organisation, and the organisation's name if you give it.
- The date you registered.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use tracking cookies on this page.
What we use it for
Only to email you when Lifepass opens, and, if you're registering an organisation, to offer help setting it up. We won't send you anything else, sell your details, or share them with anyone to market to you. We rely on your consent, which you give by registering.
Who else handles it
Our hosting provider stores it for us: Render, in Frankfurt, Germany. When we send the opening email, our email provider sends it for us. We'll name our email provider here before we send any email. Both only act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until we've sent the opening email. If you don't join Lifepass within three months of that, we delete your details. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing privacy@lifepass.ai. Every email we send has a link to remove yourself. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
